VOICE AI SOLUTIONS FOR RESTAURANT PHONE ORDERING
Since the pandemic, restaurant owners have faced ongoing labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, and a growing demand for fast, convenient, and low-touch service. Many consumers still prefer placing phone orders despite rising delivery fees and food prices. Automating this experience with an AI-powered phone assistant is transforming the quick-service and fast-casual restaurant industry. SoundHound for Restaurants’ voice assistant handles every call, even managing multiple calls simultaneously to increase business efficiency. This enables restaurant owners to focus on serving customers without having to choose between answering the phone and assisting in-person patrons.
In partnership with Square and Toast, SoundHound integrated its conversational AI phone ordering system with their POS systems to further streamline restaurant operations.
GOALS
To provide seamless integration and a simple setup for restaurant owners seeking cost-effective solutions to address the growing consumer demand for take-out orders and the challenges posed by labor shortages.
